The Lower Manhattan Community Middle School
At the Lower Manhattan Community Middle School, we get to know our students and give them what they need to be successful.
General music meets performing ensemble meets real-life rock band, I teach 6th and 7th graders at LMC how to play guitar(s), bass, keyboards, and drum set along with our musical friends; Xenakis, Bach, Cage, and Green Day among others. I work with a great faculty and administration that really care about the students and helping them through this wonderfully awkward time we often refer to as Middle School.
Traxler Studios
My wife Katie Traxler and I teach a small private studio out of our home in Washington Heights, NYC. We have talented young musicians learning, theory, composition, vocal, guitar, and piano lessons on Saturday mornings. We also cater to a variety of fantastic performers recording works in my project studio here in Manhattan.
